LARGO, Fla. – Art manufacturer Wendover Art has purchased 309 N. Hamilton, a 34,000 square-foot building in the luxury design district in High Point, N.C., where it will relocate its showroom to the top floor this month.

In October 2022, Feizy Rugs will occupy the first two floors of the building.

“We are thrilled to be in the heart of the luxury design district in High Point market near our friends at Vanguard Furniture and to partner with Feizy Rugs. This move is an exciting opportunity to collaborate on leading trends and ideas, and further build new and existing relationships that are essential to our continued growth and success,” said Wendover CEO Richard Forsyth.

“We are excited to continue our commitment to the High Point market community. In addition to our Market Square showroom, 309 N. Hamilton will allow us to show increased custom and one-of-a-kind capabilities as well as two stories of vignettes that show our vast breadth of product,” said Justin Yeck, Feizy Rugs Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Development/Design.

Shuttle transportation for the upcoming Spring show will be provided to/from IHFC every 30 minutes.
