TAMARAC, Fla. — Top 100 retailer City Furniture is opening its 20th store this week in Hollywood, Fla.

When it opens on Dec. 10, it will also be the Tamarac, Fla.-based retailer’s 10th location in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale market.

“The addition of our Hollywood showroom is super exciting for everyone on our team. It’s a great example of expanding the right way, with both our community and the environment in mind,” said Andrew Koenig, City Furniture president. “With the addition of the Hollywood location between our Broward and Miami markets, our customers have an even more conveniently located showroom to visit, making their shopping experience better than ever.”

The newest showroom, located at 3800 Oakwood Boulevard, features more than 100,000 square feet of retail space and will house their largest footprint of City Sleep — its signature mattress gallery — in all of south Florida. Additionally, the Hollywood location will include City’s home accents section, City Marketplace, and an expanded outdoor gallery, showcasing their latest collections and exterior products.

City Furniture continues to expand responsibly throughout the Florida market, with advancements and accolades for both community involvement and commitment to its 2040 Green Promise, pledging carbon neutrality in their showrooms, warehouses, and corporate offices by 2040.
