“There are so many good places in the areas surrounding High Point – but we do enjoy a good breakfast to start the day off – Tom’s, Alex’s, Carolina’s Diner and even Biscuitville. But these are because we have a great team – we enjoy being together!”

Bryan Williams, executive vice president, Crestview Collection

——

“I normally eat in the showrooms because I am moving so fast and going to so many places that there is little time to take a break. However, when I do get time for a meal, I usually make reservations at Proximity.”

Shayla Copas, interior designer

I was actually born and raised in High Point so I LOVE going to Kepley’s BBQ on Main Street.   I grew up eating this North Carolina style BBQ which is delicious pulled pork with their signature vinegar-based sauce which is so savory but light! If you are looking to have a low carb/ Keto meal during market (which is hard to come by) a small container of this delish BBQ (sans the bun) is a perfect taste of my High Point Home!”

Libby Langdon, interior designer

——

“It wouldn’t be a High Point Market without at least one dinner at Blue Water Grille. We also enjoy the High Point Country Club, especially when the weather is nice enough to sit on the patio.”

Rick Spicer, vice president of sales & marketing, Pacific Coast Lighting

——

“All the Blues! Blue Water, Blue Magnolia, Lulu & Blu. Believe it or not, US Sushi! You can’t judge a book by its cover! 98 Asian Bistro – Great Thai food!”

“My favorite spot is 98 Asian Bistro on North Main Street — I try to go every year. The interiors are really fun, perfect for people who like design! The service is great too. If you go, be sure to get the green bean appetizer.”

DeAnna Hain, executive director of marketing, York Wallcoverings

——

“Both Blue Rock Pizza & Kin Thai Restaurants Never Disappoint!”

Kip Holt, sales manager, Villa & House

——

“The Proximity Hotel has a great restaurant. Other than that, I really love Blue Water Grill!”

“We have a few of very good ‘go to’ restaurants that we like to entertain at during Market….from a great seafood place, to an Asian restaurant and a crazy good Italian restaurant, all in the High Point area.  But no way am I going to give you the names……..restaurants are crowded enough during Market!”
