Where did Living Spaces pick for its first store in Utah?

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — Top 100 retailer Living Spaces opened its first store in Utah with a VIP preview event on Feb. 9.

The store, located in Draper, is the Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.-based retailer’s 32nd storefront and first in the Beehive State.

“We’re thrilled to be opening our first location in Utah, which we have been wanting to do for a long time,” said Grover Geiselman, founder and CEO of Living Spaces. “Nothing makes me happier than to start growing our presence here and bring our extensive offering of furniture and accessories to Draper residents.”

The Draper store features more than 145,000 square feet of various styles, including three custom homes that represent different looks, from a modern/contemporary home, a rustic dwelling and a farmhouse.

Throughout the store are designer displays from notables including as Joanna Gaines, Drew and Jonathan Scott, as well as Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent. The store is also home to a full array of bedroom, living room, dining room, home office and outdoor collections, in addition to an assortment of accessories and Living Spaces’ exclusive line of Elements, one-of-a-kind discoveries from all over the world, which are available in limited quantities.

The Draper store includes the Revive Sleep Center, where bedding experts can pair shoppers them with the perfect sleep solution. In addition to a proprietary offering, the center has all the top mattress brands in house.

Other features include a café with food and beverages as well as a play matrix and fun space for kids.
