Tuesday Morning discloses roster of its top unsecured creditors

Stack of $100 U.S. dollarsDallas – The tally of outstanding payments owed to Tuesday Morning’s top 40 unsecured creditors ranges from a high of $1.4 million down to just over $220K.

Tuesday Morning’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing this morning took place in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. Altogether, the group of 40 vendors and trading partners are owed nearly $30 million. The filing estimates its total creditors number somewhere between 1,000 and 5,000.

Invictus Global Management has agreed provide $51.5 million of debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing.

“We look forward to playing an important role in reorganizing and transforming Tuesday Morning,” said Amit Patel, a partner at the Texas-based investment firm. “Andrew [Berger, CEO] and his leadership team have our full support as they guide the company through this process and lay a foundation for a brighter future.”

The filing lists the off-price home goods chain’s 40 largest unsecured claims.
