NESQUEHONING, Penn. — Elk Home has promoted Chief Operating Officer Todd Webb to CEO, replacing David Pamer.

In his new role, Webb, who joined the company in 2007 and was named COO in 2011, will assume day-to-day leadership of Elk and continue working with its leadership team to develop and execute sales and operational objectives.

As COO, Webb worked to further support operational and strategic growth initiatives, enhance the customer experience, and manage Elk Home’s global supply chain, the company said.

“As COO, Todd has been instrumental in advancing major initiatives for the company — from product offering to website to logistics — the customer experience has never been better,” said President Mark Fludgate. “There is nobody I have more confidence in to lead us through this next stage of growth.”

“Todd’s contributions to the company over the last 15 years cannot be understated; his straightforward, pragmatic approach to executive leadership and thoughtful consideration of customers and team members have fostered significant growth,” said former CEO and current chairman Bradford Smith.

Prior to joining Elk Home, Webb spent eight years in the financial services industry in sales and advisory capacities, and holds an MBA from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.

In a LinkedIn post, Pamer, who served as CEO for nearly four years, shared his appreciation for the Elk team and making his time at the company “a dream career experience.” “Elk Home is on an exciting path, and it will be exciting to watch you work the next part of the plan,” he wrote.
