ADAIRSVILLE, Ga. – Area rug company Momeni has opened a new 300,000 square-foot warehouse, complete with 32-foot ceilings, which is more than double the size of its previous warehouse.
“We outgrew our last space, this move allows us to store more product,” said Reza Momeni, owner of Momeni Inc. “We can house more than double the merchandise our previous warehouse could accommodate. With 30 loading docks for shipping and receiving, we’re excited to be able to service our customers more efficiently. Our new location is also close to all the major shipping providers.”
Momeni said the company is proud to have taken the recent nationwide shipping challenges, and not only addressed them, but enhanced their own systems in the process.
“Adairsville is closer to Dalton and Calhoun, so the relocation and additional space allows us to meet the growing demand of our products and has created 50 new jobs in the process,” added Momeni. “In addition to being able to store more merchandise, it allows for new logistic technology, translating to a better and accelerated customer experience.”
The new warehouse/showroom also has a space that displays the company’s growing broadloom division.
