Here’s Why February’s NY NOW Might Be Unrecognizable to Seasoned Buyers

It may be called NY NOW, but this year it feels like NY Future.

Running Feb. 5-8 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City, NY NOW’s Winter 2023 Market will feature a bigger, better market with a focus on the future of the industry. Boasting reorganized show floors, tech-powered activations and a complete visual rebranding, exhibitors and buyers alike will get to enjoy a gift and home show with a newly elevated all-around experience.

The reason for the change? Recently acquired online wholesale marketplace Bulletin.

“The Bulletin and NY NOW teams have been hard at work rethinking the on-site experience for exhibitors and buyers alike,” says Alana Branston, group vice president of gift & home. “We’re really excited to unveil NY NOW’s fresh look and feel, and are confident everyone will sense how much thought, effort and creativity we’ve put into Winter Market.”

The upcoming market will cover nearly 1,000 brands and manufacturers across many different industries including gift, accessories, home décor, luxury lifestyle, toys and more.

Seasoned buyers such as Anthropologie, The Conservatory NYC, Nordstrom and others, this year’s winter market will also welcome newer brands like Chillhouse, Hudson and Oak and MMANN Candles. International brands from more than 38 countries will also be present.

As for Bulletin, the market will play host to the first ever “Bulletin Pavilion” – a dedicated section of the show to be the go-to spot for real-life trends, meeting new and emerging brands, and building community. The Pavilion will also feature curated brands that are new to market.

NY NOW will also feature a variety of events, including a new buyer orientation tour. More information on the tour and a full list of events can be found online.
