SAN FRANCISCO—Bed Bath & Beyond and its sister retailer, buybuy BABY, have made a large portion of their baby and home furnishings products available through the Uber and Uber Eats app. The partnership with Uber Technologies, Inc. was announced on Monday.

The assortment includes products from more than 750 Bed Bath & Beyond locations and nearly 120 buybuy BABY stores nationwide, available for on-demand delivery via Uber.

“We are rebuilding our authority in the home and baby retail categories to appeal to new consumers, while strengthening relationships with our valued, long-standing customers,” said Rafeh Masood, Bed Bath & Beyond chief digital and interim chief brand officer. “We are excited to begin this journey with Uber and look forward to having their innovative services market and deliver products from Bed Bath & Beyond and buybuy BABY right to customers’ doorsteps.”

Bed Bath & Beyond inked a similar deal for both retail brands with Doordash, the food delivery service, in September.

Editor-in-Chief Allison Zisko first joined HFN in 1998 and spent many years covering the tabletop category before widening her scope to all home furnishings. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of HFN, including its print and digital products, and represents the brand at home and abroad through presentations, panel discussions and HFN’s podcast, The Inside Scoop.
