After getting a jumpstart in Dallas last week, the trade shows season gains momentum with the start of Atlanta Market and Lightovation today.
Atlanta Market, which runs through next Monday, Jan. 16 (the temps are open Jan. 11 – 15) will usher in a new category — outdoor furniture — at market this week, alongside its usual lineup of gift, home décor and other home furnishings. We’ve highlighted a few New & Noteworthy home accent items debuting at market this week; also, be sure to check out our market preview in Home Accent Today’s January issue as well as our Atlanta Daily for more product and company news and a list of events at market.
Lightovation, which usually runs concurrently with the Dallas Total Home & Gift Show but had a later start time this season, gets underway in Dallas and runs through Jan. 13. Presentations and events include a lighting trend report, ALA Women in Lighting and Lighting After Dark receptions and several ALA seminars on topics such as emerging technologies in lighting and applications for LED tape.
