Liz Caan is the subject of the first Designer Home Tours video on YouTube.

Designer Home Tours, a new weekly video series that goes behind the scenes and shares interior designers’ thoughts and problem-solving skills, debuts today.

Created by New York-based public relations and social media agency Nylon Consulting, the series kicks off with Boston-based interior designer Liz Caan, who renovated her 1920s Georgian colonial during the pandemic. “My goal was to experiment a bit,” says Caan, who calls her style “fearless traditional,” during the video.

“We decided to launch this because we saw a white space on YouTube for content that was designer first,” says Laura Bindloss, founder of Designer Home Tours and Nylon. “We wanted to give an inside look at luxury design and the creativity behind it from the people who know best – the designers themselves.”

Upcoming designers will include Zoe Feldman, Robert Passal and Bella Mancini and will be a mix of Nylon’s clients and non-clients. Shot completely on an iPhone, the series focuses both on designers’ own homes as well as clients’ projects.

New episodes, which run between 7-10 minutes, will drop every Friday at 8:30 a.m.
