NEW DELHI —The spring edition of IHGF Delhi Fair has been rescheduled to later dates due to the surge of the Omicron variant of COVID-19, organizers said. The show will now be held from March 30 to April 3, 2022 at its regular venue, the India Expo Centre & Mart here.

The show’s display themes and product presentations remain unchanged. The show, which spans home, textiles and furniture, as well as other, non-home categories, encompasses over 2,000 exhibitors in 14 halls and 900 Mart showrooms.

Home textiles and furnishings feature blends of handloom, power-loom and manmade fibers to natural organics, dyeing and printing, embroidery and hand painting and many design-led crafts.

There will be carpets, rugs and flooring manufactured in more than 14 craft clusters, each with its unique material blends, design and construction.

Furniture and accessories are expressed in wood, metal, combinations and blends, enriched with cuts, carving, etching, inlay, paints, polish and distressed elements.

Lamps and lighting embrace many trends from baroque to chic, and festive décor showcases expressions of art and cultural influences. In housewares, gifts and decorative accessories, there will be a mix of customized product alongside an eclectic range of medium to high-end lines that emphasize material, design and value addition.
